Dr. Sander is a licensed psychologist offering comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations for children and their families with focused interest in:
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Executive Functioning
- Learning differences/disorders, with expertise in Dyslexia.
- Early identification of autism spectrum disorders

Dr. Sander works with a wide range of individuals from early childhood to young adulthood and their families. She has extensive experience working within multidisciplinary teams and has learned the importance of looking at the whole child/individual and identifying their unique profile of strengths and challenges to inform diagnosis and treatment recommendations. She has completed specialized training in developmental disabilities at Georgetown University Child Development Center and in neuropsychology at Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She also completed advanced study of infant and early childhood mental health at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Sander enjoys the challenge and nuance involved in the assessment process and working with children/families to understand their unique neurodevelopmental profiles to promote optimal developmental, social emotional and family functioning.
Dr. Sander is not in network with insurance companies and billing is fee for service. A fee schedule is available upon request. Dr. Sander provides families with information necessary to explore out-of-network benefits with their insurance carrier. Evaluations expenses can also be covered by most health savings/flex spending accounts.
